Massage effectively helps people remain within a healthy range of functioning OR assists in returning people to their normal range of functioning, whether physical, mental, or spiritual. With over 15 years of hands-on experience and advanced medical training, Ryan meets clients where they are presently (physically, mentally, spiritually) and assists them in moving toward stated goals.

Massage is excellent for treating or assisting a variety of common conditions including:

  • Tension Headache

  • Migraine

  • Sports Overuse Injuries

While the benefits of massage are abundant, many conditions exist in which massage may NOT be recommended (and IS contraindicated).  Please allow up to 3 days (72 hours) from the acute onset of injury to pursue massage therapy treatments.
